York Dragon Boat Race 2024
On Sunday 14th July, York Dragon Boat returned to the River Ouse in York! For the second year in a row, Fenton Simpson’s Fire Starters took part in the race to raise money for SASH!
Although they didn’t make it to the final and the weather may not have been on our side, we had an amazing day. The SASH Fundraising Team set up a stall where Aimee, from the Fundraising Team, created games and had a tombola on display.
We absolutely loved speaking to everyone who stopped by on what we do, how we help our Young People and how Hosts are crucial in our service.
