SASH Attends The Centrepoint Awards in London!
Last Wednesday, one of our Young People, Ali, and his Placement Coordinator attended the 2024 Centrepoint Awards. Ali was invited to the Awards as he was nominated and confirmed as a shortlisted finalist!
These awards celebrate the achievements of young people who have overcome homelessness and made significant progress in areas like education, employment, personal development and mental health.
The awards aim to showcase the determination and resilience of young people who have experienced homelessness and recognise their ability to turn their lives around despite facing difficult circumstances.
Despite not coming home with the win, Ali had an amazing day. He socialised with the other nominees and even met some famous faces! 👀
