Understanding Depression
This session with Mark from the mental health charity, Mind, explores the subject of low mood and depression and how it can impact everyday life. The presentation will look at the causes and triggers of depression, what the signs and symptoms are and most importantly what steps you can take to help you feel better. The session gives practical tips to manage depression so that you can feel more in control. Everyone has mental health and it’s normal to experience both positive and negative periods of mental health. If you’re struggling with your mental health, you can always reach out to your SASH support worker who will do their best to help you.
