What is EFT?
This week Amanda explains EFT. EFT, also known as tapping, helps to relieve tension and stress by lightly tapping certain meridian points on the face and body. This video helps to find calm and clarity by slowing down anxious thoughts and mental pressure. Amanda talks you through the process which can be repeated as many times as you feel is needed to restore balance and calm. The exercise aims to bring down stress levels.
